Our fee calculations are based on services provided. Details of consultation scope of work are determined prior to commencement.

Project Estimation  

Fee calculations are based on a projected hourly cost for gathering information and compiling info and details into a project. We build a packet that can be used by any manager to facilitate the project or be used by you to direct an owner-led project.

Project Management 

15% fee based on total project cost. Onsite Project Management includes: scheduling, quality control, job site supervision and booking sub contractors.
